Pastor Preece (Texas District) writes: Greetings in the name of the Lord. Per the kind request in Wednesday's conference call, attached please find the correspondence that we used to communicate with the alumni in Texas. 1. The letter sent with campaign materials. Most letters were signed by me and bore a personal note to the recipient. 2. The letter sent with materials as a refresher mailing. 3. The letter sent with materials to widows of alumni in the Texas District. The first widow's response with a $500 check was received yesterday! Thanks be to her! Thanks be to God! 4. Copy of thank- you note sent to all $1000 and up contributors. Thank-you phone calls were also made by me. 5. We anticipate re-corresponding in which letter we will thank them appropriately for prayers, pledges, and/or contributions.
